An Ayurvedic consultation is a personalized wellness session where we identify your unique patterns and priorities—then create a realistic plan you can follow without your life falling apart.

You’ll get guidance that’s customized to you (not just your “dosha type”), including food rhythm, lifestyle adjustments, and simple supportive practices.

What to Expect

Before Your Visit

You’ll complete a questionnaire covering digestion, sleep, movement, daily habits, stress, and overall wellbeing so we can make the most of your time.

During Your Initial Intake (about 2 hours)

We’ll talk through your goals, your current patterns, and what you’ve already tried. Your assessment may include traditional observation methods like pulse and tongue analysis.

After Your Visit

You’ll leave with clear next steps—and we’ll decide together whether a Report of Findings and follow-ups make sense for ongoing support and adjustments.
