Massage Offerings
Swedish Massage
The Swedish massage is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling with massage oil
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release therapy is a massage technique that focuses on relieving pain in your myofascial tissues. These are the thick connective tissues that support your muscles.
Raindrop Therapy Treatment
The Raindrop technique combines several modalities to bring balance and harmony to the entire body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that releases tension in the central nervous system to promote a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
Thai Herbal Poultice Massage
This incredibly aromatic massage uses poultices made of traditional Thai herbs and spices wrapped in muslin and steam heated. Thai massage incorporates the poultices, which are used in a deep, rolling motion, to help eliminate sore and overworked muscles while invigorating the body’s energy. Because the herbs used are anti-inflammatory, benefits include pain alleviation, muscle and ligament relaxation, relief from aches and pains like arthritis and headaches, and improved upper respiratory function.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a soft-tissue treatment that helps release tense, painful knots in your muscles and fascia (web of connective tissue). Components of trigger point therapy may include sustained pressure, posture and movement correction, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and massage.
Hot Stone
A Hot Stone massage uses smooth, flat, heated stones which are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

What Our Clients Say
Mike D.
"I have had massages in Europe as well as here in California. Sheri is the best massage therapist that has ever worked on me. Sheri genuinely cares about my well being and takes the time to listen to me prior to beginning the session to identify the muscular issues that I am dealing with. Sheri is able to adjust the massage with how my body is reacting, which creates a terrific result. I highly recommend Nurture Massage and Wellness!
