Using a professional-grade, full-body LED panel, we combine red light for surface-level skin support and near infrared light for deeper muscle and joint benefits—so you can relax while your cells do the work.
What Is Red Light & Infrared Therapy?
Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Near Infrared Therapy (NIR/IRT) use specific wavelengths of light to gently stimulate cellular activity—a process often called photobiomodulation. Research suggests this type of light exposure may help improve skin appearance, support wound healing, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote tissue repair.​

Red Light (around 630–660 nm)
Works closer to the surface of the skin, supporting tone, texture, collagen production, and overall radiance. -
Near Infrared Light (around 810–850 nm)
Penetrates deeper into muscles, joints, and tissues, where it may support recovery, circulation, and pain relief.
Unlike tanning beds, there is no UV light involved—this is not a tanning service and does not darken the skin.

What to Expect During Your Session

Hydrate well before and after your appointment.

Remove makeup, lotions, or oils from the treatment area.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing—or undress to your comfort level if we’re targeting a specific area.

Avoid tanning products and recent sunburns on the area being treated.

During Your Session

You’ll relax in front of our full-body panel while it gently emits red and/or infrared light.

Most sessions last 10–20 minutes depending on your goals.

The light may feel gently warm, but it should not feel hot or painful.

Protective goggles are available, especially for face-focused sessions.

You’re welcome to simply rest, meditate, or pair your session with light stretching or breathing exercises.

After Your Session

Drink water to support circulation and cellular recovery.

You may notice a mild warmth or tingling in the skin—this is usually temporary.

Avoid harsh products or aggressive exfoliation on the treated area for a few hours.

Consistency is key: most people notice best results with 2–3 sessions per week over several weeks or months.
